Could you help those in addiction recovery to build their resilience and wellbeing to sustain their recovery?

The Life Recovery Team have developed and run the Life Course which supports clients to ‘live well in their recovery’. Beyond the course itself, we offer some one-to-one support for participants and are looking to develop a broad range of meaningful volunteering and work place preparation activities.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the staff team with a particular focus of leading Life Course modules, alongside volunteers, and developing opportunities to replicate the hosting of the course through franchising. We are also developing an on-line community of practice for those using the materials and actively engaged in recovery support.

Reporting to the Life Recovery Manager, you will work alongside our current Deputy Manager – Life Skills. You will be given assistance to develop your knowledge of the course content, our approaches to client support and marketing the course to partner agencies.

  • Salary: circa £25K FTE

  • Part-Time: 24 hours per week

  • Work pattern to complement current team

  • Workplace pension with matched contribution of up to 5%
